Billing & payment
Every project is quoted in writing before work begins. Invoices are sent by email and paid securely inside your client portal by card or bank transfer (ACH). Payments are processed by Stripe; Quill & Chip never sees or stores your card or bank details. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds & cancellations
You can cancel a project at any time. You pay only for work completed up to that point, and any amount you prepaid for work not yet done is refunded within 10 business days.
If a delivered piece of work doesn’t do what its quote describes, tell us within 30 days. We’ll fix it; if we can’t, we’ll refund that part of the invoice. For any question about a charge, email cam@quillandchip.com.
Terms
The scope, price and schedule of each project are set out in its written quote. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. Anything not covered by a quote is agreed in writing before it’s done or billed.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to do your project and bill for it: your name, business, email address and project details. We never sell it. It’s shared only with the services that run the portal, email and payments (Supabase, Vercel, Zoho Mail and Stripe). This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Email us to see or delete your information, apart from records we’re required to keep for tax purposes.
